2.5. Transfer of Personal Data
The principles for processing personal data also apply to the transfer of personal data. COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL to third parties if it is necessary and mandatory to achieve the following purposes; Personal data may be transferred to foreign countries that have been declared to have adequate protection by the KVK Board, or, in the absence of sufficient protection, to foreign countries where the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country have committed in writing to adequate protection and where the KVK Board has permission.
Fulfilling the obligations stipulated in accordance with the law or regulations,
Fulfillment of court decision or regulatory and supervisory public institution decision/instruction,
Ensuring administrative and technical measures and infrastructure security and
Protection of COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL's rights in case of legal dispute.
COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL transfers personal data to third parties limited to the purpose of transfer and takes the necessary precautions regarding this. In this regard, COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL, as the Data Controller, is in a supervisory position before the 3rd Parties who are the Transferred Recipient Group.
Personal data is processed by COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL in parallel with the purposes for which it is processed, in case of the express consent of the relevant person or one or more of the reasons for compliance with the law; It is transferred to third parties whose services we benefit from or cooperate with, such as COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL's subsidiaries, business partners, authorized representatives, official institutions and organizations, service providers, companies providing call center services.
Third parties to whom personal data is transferred cannot use or process the transferred personal data for their own personal or commercial purposes other than the purpose of transfer. Third parties to whom personal data are transferred are obliged to comply with the instructions given by COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL and take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure data security.
In case the transfer is made abroad, it is possible to transfer personal data to countries with sufficient protection to be determined by the Board, provided that the conditions necessary for the processing of personal data exist and in addition to these conditions, and if such protection does not exist, the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country must provide adequate protection in writing. Personal data may be transferred abroad by COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL if they undertake to do so and have the permission of the Board.
In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law, the personal data of data owners managed by this Policy may be transferred to the following categories of persons:

It is a data group containing visual and audio data of the person. (Photo, audio recording, camera recording, driver's license photocopy/scan, ID photocopy/scan)

It is a data group (Log) containing digital traces resulting from the processing of personal information.

Biometric/Genetic Data
It is a data group containing biometric/genetic data of a person (fingerprint, genetic information, vein trace).
Professional Data
It is a data group containing information about the person's profession (information about the institution he works for, professional chamber registry).
Training Data
It is the data group containing the education data of the person (Diploma grade, diploma photocopy/scan).
Asset Data
It is a data group containing a person's assets (title deed photocopy/scan, vehicle license photocopy/scan).
Travel Data
It is a data group that contains information about the person's travels (flight information, boarding pass, tour route, mile card number, accommodation data).
Company Data
Private company data (Company address).
Race/Religion Information
It is a data group containing data regarding a person's origin and belief (Racial/religious information).
Association membership information
It is a data group containing the person's membership and association information (All association memberships).
Signature Data
It is a data group containing the signature information of the person (Wet signature, e-signature, signature photocopy/scan).
Visa/Passport Data
It is the data group containing the visa/passport information of the person (Visa information, passport photocopy/scan).
Clothing Data
It is a data group that contains distinctive features of a person's clothing (Clothes purchasing history, distinctive clothes he/she wears.)
Sanctions Data
It is a data group regarding the sanctions received by the person in his past (Criminal Prosecutions, Criminal Record Record, Disciplinary Record.)
IN COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL'S PERSONAL DATA INVENTORY, which is created within the scope of data processing activities and based on the data types used within the company; As shown in the table above, as well as in line with the COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL Storage Disposal Policy and the COŞKUNOĞLU PESTİL Data Classification and Protection Policy, it has completed the data classifications and determined the storage periods with justifications in the Personal Data Time Table.
